The failure of a major player in the desalination sector forced the latter to sell its assets. In this context, on behalf of an African investor, we carried out the following services: technical assessment of the installations and their operations, assessment of the work required to obtain the contractual performance and supply of the technical and economic elements necessary to submit a buyback offer.
